Recording Sessions & Private
Guitar Lessons Given
I record vocals and guitars live and do all other instruments with a midi keyboard.
This way you can stack as much or as little as you like.
I am using Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 Deluxe software,
which is a 256 track recording studio
and a Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum sound card which is 24 bit.
It puts out a good sound. If you would like to come see in person, just give a call (903-463-6384) and
we'll set up a time for you to come on down to Joe's Studio. Our studio is
located in Denison, TX. at 1203 Carla Dr. It is a small venue designed for
a one on one combo or duo to come in and do their projects and put out a
good sound. The software has a session drummer that can be mapped to your
settings and particular needs. All you need is yourself and your
instrument of your choice.
We also provide
private guitar lessons that are available at our studio or downtown at
Victory Music. These private guitar lessons are available Monday thru
Saturday and guitar lessons also available in the evenings. We gear these
guitar lessons around each students individual needs and desires. We teach
the basic building blocks of chords, strumming techniques, rhythm
patterns, scales and how to read tabs and chord structure. We also
implement the Nashville Number system to enable you the student to be able
to transpose or play in any key making you an invaluable player. Your
success is our reward. To sign up click link here

Bio Information
I have been around and involved with music all my life.
From grade school, where I began to play flute, and church, where I began to sing in the choir,
it didn't take long for me to realize, that I really liked music a great deal.
From my first guitar to now I have no regrets about my music career. I also have my original flute from 1964,
that I still play as I write and record my music. I stopped playing live in
1966 and took time to record the 50 some songs that I had written and
needed to record. As I recorded, more new tunes came and I continued to
write and record. Now that I have reached a plateau in my music ventures,
I want to make that available to others who would like to do the same.
That is how this studio came to be in existence. |

Studio Goal
It is with this thought in mind that I put this page up, to do for other people,
what I did for myself and do it reasonably. That's why I have 1 on 1 sessions,
so that one person with a song could come in and record his or her idea, and do it at their own pace.
